Hi,

 

I'm attempting to add an AP630 to my ExtremCloud IQ, but when I do, I've an error "A stale record of the device was found in the redirector.". When searching here, it looks like this can only be managed by Exterme Network, so here am I, making my request about this issue. Can you help me about this ?

A little bump about this.

I've bough this AP on ebay for labing the Extreme Network IQ, but I'm kind of stuck with this issue. I can still play with it with the cli, but that's not exactly what we would do at work.
