Hi all,
the problem is that our provider considers the sender (Dojo) to be a spammer. The Dojo uses a provider that is known for spam. Our email provider properly rejects the mails, so the dojo should get an error message. Unfortunately, the error message is ignored by the Dojo.
The problem exists for over a year now and is known to Extreme Networks.
Does anyone else have the same problem? I have seen that in some courses in the Dojo it says in the description to contact the ATP directly. Is this the official solution?
When a participant registers for the course, he/she will receive a message that the ATP will contact him/her. But it does not work, because we are not notified. This leads to customers being dissatisfied.
