one of my trainings that I have enrolled have expired, and I can´t find the way to take the training and the related exam.
I have neither found any way to open a support ticket on the training portal, only as a traditional Case.
please your help how to do it.

Please send your issue to email@example.com. Inform them what your account name (e-mail) is and what ESS course you want to finish.
