Thank you for your patience while I looked in to this for you. We've tested this in our lab, and the 230 and 250 were able to use the command without issue. I had some trouble with the 121, but the 121 is not certified for DFS. This is stated in the HiveManager, in the Radio Profile section for Dynamic Frequency Selection:

That said, I was able to enable DFS on the 5GHz radio with the CLI command using an AP121 on 6.5r12. If you go this route, you'd want to create a supplemental CLI to keep the command on the AP.
