Is there a way to set the timeout for ssh to access points?

It looks like Auvik keeps opening ssh connections to the APs to poll config info and is not closing them. This is causing the APs to reach the limit of ssh sessions and locking access to the APs.

Yes, if you go in to the HiveManager and go to Monitor> Click on the hostname of the AP in question> SSH (left hand side menu, under the Additional Device Settings header)> Here you can set the SSH session timeout to 5, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. Is this what you're looking for?

Thanks for the tip but I think that feature is to ssh from HiveManager. In my case it was disabled. However, I am able to ssh to the AP internally once the AP is rebooted. At this time, we believe the issue is on Auvik's end so they are investigating.
