Lost access to Hive Manager for AP230

Hi, I lost access to the Hive Manager account for AP230. Factory reset the AP and it keeps points back to the HiveManager host name. Anyway to check what account is linked with this AP? Would like to unlink this AP and add it to my new ExtremeCloud IQ Connect to try it out.
