My Trial has expired and I cannot access the web interface anymore.

Happy New year.

 

I (hopefully) thought that the web interface would revert to the basic model after the trial had finished, but obviously I was incorrect. I cannot use or update my 2 AP's that are currently on my home network.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this. I would prefer to use the free version as I only use 2 AP's.

Happy New year Andy! There is unfortunately no way to convert a Select (full featured) version of the ExtremeCloud IQ instance to a Connect (limited feature) version. You would need to register for a new ExtremeCloud IQ instance and choose to use Connect at the end of the registration process. I've emailed you a temporary key to get you back in to your Select instance one more time. You'll want to remove the APs from your Select device inventory and add them to your Connect inventory. If you would like to register for the Connect instance using the same email address you registered with last time, please click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account Management> Open your user record> and change the email address the user record is using, so you can register with the original email address when setting up your Connect account.
