We are hoping to migrate from our existing HiveManager Classic to HiveManager (formerly NG) which access points are supported on the new platform as we have some quite old access points within our organisation

Any device that hasn't reached end of life is supported in ExtremeCloud IQ (formerly HiveManager NG). You can check our end of life devices here: https://www.extremenetworks.com/support/aerohive-support/end-of-life-products/

For HiveOS devices, you'll need to get the firmware up to HiveOS 6.5r3 minimum in order to manage the devices in ExtremeCloud IQ, just something to keep in mind.
