Webhooks + Presence

Hi, Enable Analytics on my configuration, and I it's already reporting data in the Poximity&Presence section of the Aerohive portal.

I am trying to make the call of this data through webhooks:

The problem is that I'm not getting any information about presence-analytics : Presence Analytics Endpoints.

If I do the same for location-realtime: Location Endpoints for Current Client Geo-Location Information, I get the information well of the connected devices:

Why could it be that Presence does not report me the data through Webhooks?

I think your best option would be to open a technical support case so one of our engineers can review your set up with you and begin troubleshooting from there. I've enabled case creation access for you in Hive Community.
