Custom FlexView with Port Status and VLAN Name

I've successfully imported the Port_Status_Time_with_alias flexview. I would now like to modify it to also show a 'VLAN Name' column similar to that shown in the built-in 'VLAN/Port Status VLAN.tpl' flexview.

I've tried many variations to add the column using the OID from the 'Port Status VLAN' report and the 'XOS VLAN' report, but either the values in the new column are blank or the values of other fields are altered. 

Can anyone help me with this, please?

A case was opened for this and answered. The column information was borrowed from Port Status VLAN.tpl and slipstreamed into the Port_Status_Time_with_alias.tpl adjusting the column #'s accordingly.
