You’d want to log in to extremeportal.force.com and scroll down to Support Activities on the home page> Case Management> New.

Hi @NateParks_, I wish I could help you out but unfortunately I don’t have access to the servers for the fastpath switches, I can only help out with IQEngine APs and possibly SR20xx or SR21xx switches. The SR23xx and SR24xx switches are on a different server. You would need to open a technical support case to remove the old records for those switches. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help here.
