The device appears to be in use by another VIQ error when trying to on board AP

I have several Aerohive APs that were part of our old Aerohive hive manager.  Get the The device appears to be in use by another VIQ. error when trying to onboard them to cloud IQ.  Is there any way I can get them released so I can test them out?  I can no longer access our hive manager as the license has expired.  Serial number 11301506250088 is the current AP I am working with.

I believe we have 88 devices.  Do you need to know our Hive manager instance?
