i have Extreme switch x430-24T with software version 15.5.3.4 patched 1-6

i need to upgrade this software to latest version.

how can i download the firmware

HI @Ibrahim , you would want to talk to your sales engineer or account manager about getting a maintenance contract, or what other options would be available if you didn’t want to get the maintenance contract. If you are unsure who to reach out to for your sales engineer/account owner, please let me know and I will email that information directly to you.

you need an account  (and an maintenance contract) to the Extreme Networks Portal:

https://extremeportal.force.com/

If you are logged in you will find the software downloads in the Products menu.
