Routing Multicast between VLAN's with MVR

We have (2) x-460's using MLAG as our core layer, with 8 access layer switches connected to the 460's redundantly. We need to be able to route multicast traffic between our server VLAN and our desktop VLAN. We plan on following this article: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080491 but we are wondering if this configuration needs to be done on all of the switches, or just the core x-460's?

Hi Bruce,

Generally, MVR wil be enabled on switches where source and destination VLANs are present as MVR is based on IGMP snooping. Usually, this is done at the core level but is not necessarily so.
