Adding on X670G2 to an existing OSPF network

The OSPF network is a X460-24t and two cisco routers. all configured in the same area. The fimrware of the X460 and the X670 is 16.1.2.14. But for some reason the X670 is not learning or distribute any route. How can I troubleshoot this ?
