Cisco switch MAC flapping errors

We have a core Cisco 3850-24 SFP switch connected to 15+ closets with Extreme 5420Ms.  The Cisco 3850 is reporting flapping errors, but the port numbers keep changing.  Same MAC every time, but I can't track it down.  Any hints?

Thanks!  That looks like what we are dealing with.  I was looking XiQ and I don't see a way to disable EDP on specific ports.  Is the only option to disable it thru the CLI?
