Hi support,

I am trying to add multiple APs that I purchased to my ExtremeCloudIQ account, but I am getting the following message:

The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

To remove the access point from the existing VIQ, follow these steps. Log in to your Extreme CloudIQ account and navigate to the "Devices" section. myLoyola
Locate the VIQ that the access point is currently associated with and click on it to open the details page.
Select the access point that you want to remove and click on the "Remove" button.
Confirm that you want to remove the access point from the VIQ.

i guess you bought refurbed aps.

so they are added so someone else´s xiq and need to be released there.
if you have contact to them, pls ask them to do so.
otherwise you have to open a gtac case
