Wireless Planner unable to login

Hi Extreme Team,

I am Having problems in logging-in in wirelessplanner. https://wirelessplanner.extremenetworks.com/#/login

I cant get logged in - just says invalid credentials.

When I click on "forgot password" it just says "Unable to send the password reset request" 

The issues happens for multiple accounts we tried to login.

Need your help....

I tried to login but always showing invalid credential. And also I tried to register but its showing already registered.

Here's my email: alvin@dcsme.com

Sent private email to alvin@dcsme.com with new password - on 5/26/2023,  can resend the password if you cannot locate the email.

Thank you - will send an email to a colleague that will give you a temporary password, then log in with a temporary password, and change it from Account Settings.
