Where would I go about acquiring a copy of the GPL-licensed modifications to the Linux kernel made by Extreme Networks to build the firmware beneath the Extreme Networks WS-AP3825i?

You could try sending snail mail to them per the license, I tried once but I must not have gotten the address right as it was returned to sender.
