default gateway and dns of client trail are red status

May I ask if the gateway and dns of the client trail are red status, will it affect anything?

Depends, sometimes it can indicate an issue. However, I suspect that the default gateway (which is also the DNS server) has ping responses turned off (presuming it's a firewall or similar) which is the way that these tests are performed, so this will get you a "failed" result, but the client will likely be able to pass traffic through still and reach the DNS server.
