AP7562 continuous restart when use band 5ghz

I have 2 AP7562 use Wing 5.9.2 . When i turn on band 5ghz then my AP continuous restart. I upgrade to lastest FW (5.9.5) but still error. I can use only band 2.4 and off band 5ghz.

My friend same problem with 4 AP7562. This devices i bought in early 2018.
Is this a defective devices?

Hi you

I have separated from the network, connect direct to laptop via console cable. I have recorded 8 cases same problem ( enable band 5ghz AP continuous restart). I suspect this is an defective products, these APs i bought in early 2018

Hello Tuan,

If you reset the unit back to factory default, separated it from the rest of the network, upgraded it to the latest firmware version and it was still behaving this way, plus you've seen this issue happen on more than one occasion, I would create an RMA and ask for failure analysis to be done so that root cause may be determined.

Do you by any chance have mesh configured and enabled on this AP and at the same time have it connected to the same network through the ge 1 port causing a loop?
