ExtremeCloud IQ Virtual Appliance Build: 21.1.20.27-IQVA Grinds to a halt

Hello anyone! New to ExtremeCloud. Inherited a Virtual Appliance for a client. I am not sure where to turn for assistance at the moment.

Details of the VA:
26GB RAM (not sure requires that much)
190GB VHD
Running XIQ Build 21.1.20.27-IQVA
Running on VMware 6.5.0 Update 3 (Build 13932383)

Issue: the Web UI will become unusable. Accessing the VMWare Console to the VA is really slow to respond.

A reboot will fix it for a while, a day or two.

I was told to check the logs. However the Web UI will kick back, when it is accessible, an error that it can't access the data. So I can't view the logs through that. Unfortunately I don't have ROOT credentials to the XIQ Console and the netcfg account is limited.

Ideas?

Do you have access to the management page? There's a way to restart the service without having to restart the whole VM in 21.1.21.11:

@Ash Finch I see what the article is talking about. Thanks much! I have another question as I sort this out. But will create a different topic for it. This is solved.

Ash, thanks for reply! I will check this out. Usually, 90% of the time, I can't even get logged in. Will keep kicking back password failed.
