We saw in the show log flash that the reset button was being pushed periodically. Since no one was pushing it we concluded it is a hardware failure and did an RMA replacement.

I got it to work by uninstall WireShark 3.0 and then installing WireShark 2.6.7.
Wireshark Version 3.0 gave me things like interface not in the script and some permission problems.
