    EXOS/Switch Engine version 31.6.1.3 was removed from the portal due to a defect. Use version 31.6.2.1 instead. 

    Background:
    In EXOS/Switch Engine 31.6.1.3, a defect causes routed HTTPS traffic (TCP port 443) to be incorrectly forwarded to the CPU and is subsequently dropped. This impacts Universal platforms and the X695 series products
