Faulty ALSW2 card was replaced with the same type but it is giving OOS alarm

Is it possible to do heat map before APs are installed? Trying to plan a deployment of APs but the heat map under Network 306 in HiveManager is not showing anything. I have the floor plan uploaded, perimeters are marked, and got sim devices created.
