Is it possible to do heat map before APs are installed? Trying to plan a deployment of APs but the heat map under Network 306 in HiveManager is not showing anything. I have the floor plan uploaded, perimeters are marked, and got sim devices created.

Hello I have a couple AP330 that will not take configurations from the Hive cloud. I get the error please update device however the updates fail with error device was unable to save image to flash memory.. They are running 6.1r1 I
