I have an Extreme ERS3600 switch, but I have forgotten the username and password required for CLI access to configure the switch.What steps should I take to recover or reset them?

Convert ERS/BOSS Binary backup to ASCII (or some other readable format)

We only have a binary backup file of a ERS/BOSS switch saved, we do not have an ascii backup. Is there a way to view this, convert it to ascii, etc. (without restoring it on another BOSS switch). Is there a tool, etc.?
