    Hi ,
          i have 1 unit of AP250  S/N: 02501808020656 try to register to ExtremeCloud but "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."  message keep poping out. Could you please help to release?

    Hi Kelvin, thanks for reaching out. I was able to find the previous registration that is causing that error message, and I've reached out to the original owner to get permission to remove the current registration so you can add this device to your own inventory. I will let you know as soon as I hear back on this request. Please let me know if I can help with anything else in the mean time!

    Hi Kelvin, I have heard back from the original owners and they have denied this request. I would recommend returning this device to the seller ASAP.
