CER platform MTU/ Frame size issues

CER platform MTU/ Frame size issues

We have never played with MTU/Frame size, all left at Default
which show max-frame-size 1548 port wide.

But i can't seem to ping across a fiber circuit to another CER (P2P) style /30 on each end
with higher than a 1470byte frame with the No-Frag reference to the ping.

How to fix?

Thanks

Chris

On the MLX and CER execute the global command "default-max-frame-size 9216".  Write mem and reboot.  You have to reboot these units for jumbo frames to be enabled.

Does this affect all my other customers traffic?

I have thousands of customers ~ just one is complaining of this issue

Thank you
