iPhone 12 Pro Max Keeps disconnecting frequently but has no issue in other devices. What could be the issue and how can be solved this issue?

Hi,

Can you try turning off mac randomization on this iPhone? I'm not using iPhone myself but I've heard this before with some of our customers.
Might be something related to the randomization algorithm. I'm just guessing.

To Disable MAC Randomization on iOS Devices:

  1. Open the Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, then tap Wi-Fi or WLAN
  2. Tap the information button next to your network
  3. Turn off Private Address
  4. Re-join the network

Hi Debendra, I'd recommend running a client monitor to find more details on the disconnections. This guide reviews how to set up and run a client monitor. If you'd like to send the client monitor results to me at community@extremenetworks.com, I can take a look at let you know what I find.

@Sam Pirok,
I'm surprised to see you recommending client monitor. Have you used it lately? It's a mess. I though after seeing your post maybe it had been worked on over the last several releases, but nope. Same awful experience. If running it from Client360 you can't control length of time. If running from tools, there is no way to get back to the details page after clicking off and back on the diagnostics tab. I had a case in for this at one point, but nothing ever came of it. Am I missing something?

Hey @w1f1n00b, thanks for letting me know. I had to use the tool to update the guide right before I posted last time, but all I did was simulate a bad password issue so I could get the screen shots. Can't say I had any issues but I also wasn't truly trying to diagnose anything so probably wasn't the best test. Any chance you remember the case number for your case about client monitor? Even if we can't continue with that case in particular, it'll give me something to point to when I start ringing bells about these issues.
