NAC warranty / support

Hi
How does it look like - NAC and SIEM warranty and support?
How can i check my support or warranty life time?
Is NAC and SIEM has support all the time till the product live time expires? Is "warranty" is equal to "support" term?
'Couse I'd like to buy (renew) technical support for my NAC (netsight + 2x nac gateways) nad SIEM and i dont know how can i do it. I would like to spare those money for 4-5 C5 series switches

Service contract does give you:
+ GTAC support
+ Access to new versions = upgrades
+ Access to updates (fingerprints, assessment, ...)

Warranty term is usualy used for hardware.

Hi Zdenek,
Probably You have meet Chris from Olsztyn (Poland) ;) I was working with him.
Chris was managing all of our infrastructure and now when he left us all of it is under my control.
Im wondering if software which i have has support limited by years eq. till 2017 july or is it unlimited eq till 2030 (as license will expire)?
