Greetings,

I am new in this area and I am having some issues with setting up custom web captive portal for my guest wifi.

I have this HTML code that I obtained from the mailchimp and my goal is for guests to subscribe here in order to get a internet connection, or just to redirect them to this specific webpage after connecting to the Wi-Fi.

The HTML code that I am trying to implement just for the testing purposes is attached below.

I have tried scraping the webpage with httrack and uploading it to the hive but page loads and everything but images are missing and I am not able to see the subscribe button.

I have attached few images from configuration and when I try to connect to wifi.

Hi @Nikola Grabovica , thank you for your patience. Since the default CWP is working, we know the firewall ports are correct and the APs are passing the client traffic directly. That would indicate an issue with the HTML code in use. If you'd like to send the code in use to me, I can test in our lab to see if we have the same issue, but we wouldn't be able to support the HTML code directly. My direct email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

I forgot to mention this is older AP its 121 and OS that's installed on it is 6.5r11.

I've got the pictures with default CWS as requested.c9f110e431e14755a6f1add2e3d4280b_0690c000008OORjAAO.pngloginpage3loginpage2Loginpage1

Could you test with a default CWP page? While this isn't the end goal, it will tell us if the issue is with the AP/HiveManager and help narrow down where we need to troubleshoot.
