Is it possible to block specific MACAddresses on ports in ERS 4950GTS-PWR ?
How can we do that?

Hello, I believe that would be the User Based Policy and Traffic Classifiers with a drop action, which is explained here. Please let me know if that wasn't what you were looking for and I'll keep searching!
