Hi @aarcigagts, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately the SR22xx and SR23xx use a different registration server that I do not have access to. For help with these devices, you'll need to open a support case on our Extreme Portal, and request they remove the old registration for you. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful here. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
