Attached is what I have got when the Switch power on first time.

I wounder If I can do something like setting up a TFTP server, upload and reinstall the Firmware.

But find no any KB / command to do that.

Sorry, I've not much knowledge on the SR23xx series of gear. I've only worked with the SR20/21xx series.

Aerohive SR2348P.

Any command for me to do that?

Depending on the make/model you might be able to. The command set_bootparam work(ed) on the older AP models back when you could get into the u-boot mode with the default password. That command is prompt driven to configure the device with an IP (or you can let it try to get one via DHCP by leaving that field blank) and set a TFTP server and image file to look for.

Once you've completed that, and again this is from an AP perspective, you can do image_flash and it will kick off DHCP if needed or it will begin to search for said TFTP server and image specified in the above. If successful, and it completes, a simple reset will reboot it and with any luck you'll have a working switch again...
