This guide will walk you through how to manually connect your devices to the HiveManager- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

 

You could also try removing and re-adding the device to the HiveManager device inventory, but this will reset the devices to factory default settings, so it's not always an option.
