We have different roles available in the HiveManager (administrator, operator, monitor, guest management, etc), we just aren't able to customize those roles further. You can also give admins access to only information/configuration/devices in one location. What you're describing sounds like an Operator role, which is only missing access to create new users in the HiveManager and manage the licenses associated with that HiveManager.

If you just need a user role for creating users in the configure > users section then use the āGuest Managementā role, and create a credential distribution group with access to the user groups.
Presuming that what youāre talking about is a PPSK system?

Hi,
Will there be a solution for this? Our servicedesk colleagues need to be able to create keys for the mobile phones. I don`t want to give them the operator access since it is to easy to do something wrong.

Hi Sam
Our helpdesk have read only access to most things they need for troubleshooting and also able to trigger a password email from the portal to be send to a specific user
We do not want to give helpdesk accounts Operator roles since they are not supposed to be able to modify config at all, but we want them to be able to re-send the password emails to users, which they currently are able to do in hive manager classic:
