AP 122 and AP 130 Update Error

When I try to update the AP to the latest firmware 10.xxxx I have an error and I can't do any type of update

AP 122 HiveOS 8.xxx

AP 130 HiveOS 6.5.xxx

Thank you for that screen shot. Could you enable Capwap debugs, try the update again, wait for that fail and then pull tech data for me to review? If you'd like to send that tech data to me directly my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.

This is the error that displays for both APs, in AP122 it has been updated to version 10.xxx but I cannot find the rule and it always displays the same error.

Can you share a screen shot of the error you're seeing when you try to update your APs firmware? If you click on Device Update Failed on the Manage page, you should see details of the failure.
