AP no join aerohive cloud networking

I bought a AP330 in ebay. I want to manage the device through hivemanager cloud.

Prompt Error9 The device appears to be in use by another VHM.(Unable to find the previous Hivemanager account)

Failed Device Serial Numbers:

• 33012042001527

I use the free account number for 30 days. Unable to open case.

Please help me .How to solve it ?
