AP121- Device update failed from XI Connect. How can I upgrade it ?

AP121 is on HiveOS 6.4r1d release build2111 and after add it to XI Conenct I always get device update failed. I can't configure it. Screen shot attacehd.

Hi Sam,

 

Thanks for the response. I was able to download the proper firmware file through the channels of our distributor (of which I was unaware yesterday) this morning and successfully updated the AP through the Web UI.

 

The AP has accepted the pushed configuration from the ExtremeCloud.

Hi Ismael, we need to get the device up to at least 6.5r3 to manage it in the ExtremeCloud IQ (ECIQ) GUI. I've emailed you directly with the files you'll need to update your devices firmware, please let me know if you have any issues updating your devices.
