Hello community,
I would like to register AP122 to new Trial account for Cloud IQ, but I got an error that „Device already onboarded“. I cant see this AP under previous account, which already expired. Any idea, what could be wrong?

Hi Michal, per our email conversation I have opened a courtesy case for this request and we will remove the old record for you from our side. I will update your case when I hear your AP is free to add to your new account.
