OK, So I tried a known good AP and had the same issues.
Switched to a different Switch and it is up for over 2 days now!!!

Thank you for that data. I reviewed this with our expert team and the only thing we saw as a power change right before the reboot. Can you confirm the switch has an adequate power budget to support all connected clients?

Thank you for that output, that looks like the correct power supply for the AP. At this point the logs regarding the APs reboot are likely overwritten, so the best coarse of action would be to set up a syslog server, wait for the issue to happen again, and then take a look at the logs surrounding the restart to see what caused it.
