Bad device? I am experiencing upwards of 25% packetloss internally/externally when connected to AP250 device. No issues at all when connected to network via hardwire. What is the issue?

Would you be able to try to roll the AP back to 8.2r6 or similar to see if you continue to have the same issues on the 250?

Thanks Sam, this device was running 10.0r7a. In addition to the packet loss we were having frequent connection drops. This was noticeable due to website connections timing out - the packet loss was only discovered after I was investigating why we were having so many connection issues. I have since replaced this device with an AP 120 running 8.2r4 and have not had any complaints regarding speed or connectivity.

What data would you like me to send?

Are you using a 10.x firmware? If so, you may be experiencing a known issue with the 10.x firmware line that causes false interference readings. If you are not using the 10.x firmware line, please send tech data from an AP having this issue to me at Communityhelp@aerohvie.com and I will take a look for you to see what we can do.
