We had an employee that added users to our Hive that didn't follow protocol by entering the systems asset tag, since we use MAC address as part of the security I have no idea which account the PC is associated with, is there any way to do a report or search for a particular MAC address to find out which account it belongs to.

You'd have to enable MAC binding in order for the APs to keep logs of that, otherwise you'd want to enable a syslog server to record authentication events and then manually look through those. While they are connected you can see what user that MAC address belongs to in the user details, but again that would be a manual search through each MAC address.
