Can you customise the Secure Internet Portal login page so that it no longer requires an email address of the person you are visiting?

We have changed the text so it just asks for the name of the person you are visiting and removed from the index.html the type="email" line to allow it to be free text. But once you submit the page it's doing a check on that entry and telling us it needs to be a valid email address.

Thanks,

Hi Sam,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the newer version we are using (NG) no longer uses the reg.php file. Are there any other modifications people can think of?

Thanks,

Bruce

This is possible, I believe you might need to edit something in the reg.php file as well, but it isn't supported so I'm afraid I don't have any guides for this.
