Can you confirm that your DNS can resolve  https://cloud-va.aerohive.com? If it can, we may need to file a case to look further in to this with you.

I permit all outbound ports on my firewalls. I do not use content filters.

Thank you for trying that for me. Since we can rule out a configuration issue, can you confirm if you have UDP 12222 and TCP 443 allowing outbound traffic on your firewall and any content filters you have?

The CLI 'save config https://cloud-va.aerohive.com:443/afs-webapp/configuration/8883/885BDD0FDC40-deviceFull.config current admin VHM-INTTGNRB password *** basic no-prompt' execute failed, cause by: The Aerohive device was unable to save the configuration to flash memory. Reboot the Aerohive device and try again. If this problem persists, contact Aerohive Support.
