Could you attach the output of "show capwap client" so we can see what it's trying to do? If you'd rather share this with me directly, you can email it to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com.

I have try following thing on that AP and still not able to connect back to HiveManager.
Still lose connection to HiveManager.
1. Make sure the AP has got an IP address
2. Find the default gateway and make sure it is reachable
3. Make sure the AP has DNS server addresses
4. Make sure the Redirector can be resolved and is reachable
5. Show capwap client
6. Make sure the primary CAPWAP server is reachable
7. Restart the CAPWAP process
8. Reboot the device
9. Delete the AP from HiveManager then Add back.
