We bought two AP130's going cheap on ebay. One we have added to our Hivemanager without an issue. The other one is registered already. Now the seller has refunded us for the one without any argument - but is there anyway of using it?

The original user could remove it from their device inventory, which would remove the overlapping record and get rid of that error for you. Or if you can email me proof of purchase at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can help free up that AP for you as well.
