I can not access the "Monitor" tab
When I connect, the interface tells me:
"your account does not have permission to perform that action.
Do you have a procedure?

That likely means you are set to a lower permission level in the HiveManager and would want to contact your HiveManager administrator to see about updating your user record permission levels. Unfortunately this isn't something support can do for you, it would have to be done by your HiveManager admin.
