Hello, Since some days ago, when we log to our Hivemanager platform we are receiving a banner showing that our technical support contract is expiring soon. We already have a lifetime technical support contract. Any idea why this is showed?

When the license expires, you won't be able to manage the devices. The APs will continue broadcasting and passing client traffic as normal, but the HiveManager will lock down to a page asking you to enter a new entitlement key. This means you won't be able to use the HiveManager analytics, or change the configuration on the devices until a new key is entered.

If this license expires, what will be the result? Will we lost the access to the hivemager platform? will we be unable to manage our devices?

The entitlement key added to your HiveManager is expiring, you'll want to contact your Aerohive Sales Engineer to either purchase a new one or have a permanent key made for you. These entitlement keys can be separate from your support agreement, that message is a bit misleading but your Sales Engineer will be able to clear it up for you. If you're unsure of who to contact for your Sales Engineer, please let me know and I'll email that information to you directly.
